Main Hall
The main hall measures 15 x 8m and benefits from underfloor heating as well as acoustic soundproofing.
Wi-fi is available throughout the building for your presentational needs.
One side of the hall has large glazed South East facing doors which open to patio and an enclosed children’s playground with views out onto the playing fields and countryside beyond.
There is a serving hatch and door leading into the kitchen, double doors to the meeting room, door to the toilets, store and entrance lobby.
There are 12 tables measuring 183 x 76cm – 6ft x 2ft 6” and 50 new upholstered folding chairs. There are another 65 older folding chairs, not upholstered.
There is a stage with gantry and curtain system available to hire, please talk to us.
The hall can accommodate a maximum of 242 people. A typical table layout would seat 120.
The hall is ideal for private functions, sports, club activities and productions. It is particularly suited to children’s parties and baby showers with a door opening and gates to the enclosed playground. (Adult supervision will be required.)
Meeting Room
The meeting room measures 6 x 4m and is suitable for business meetings, training seminars, small clubs and activities.
Tables and chairs can be arranged or removed as required. For a theatre style presentation, 46 can be seated, less if tables are being used. A maximum of 4 tables can be accommodated.
It is connected to the kitchen by a door as well as a hatch, to the hall and it also has glazed double doors that lead outside.
The meeting room benefits from underfloor heating as well as acoustic soundproofing and wi-fi connectivity.
Kitchen
Semi-commercial stainless-steel 5* hygiene rated kitchen – suitable for catering functions and food courses.
The kitchen measures 6 x 4m and is fitted with stainless steel prep tables, work benches and a movable trolley.
The kitchen has doors that lead into the main hall, the meeting room and one to the outside. There are two serving hatches; one into the main hall, the other into the meeting room.

The kitchen may be hired separately for food courses, catering etc.
